肱骨远端骨折的治疗建议 被引量：37

摘要 肱骨远端骨折约占成人骨折的2％，肱骨骨折的1／3，是临床上相对难于处理的骨折之一。老年患者多由低能量的摔伤所致，年轻患者多为高能量的交通伤和坠落伤所致。肱骨远端骨折的术前临床评估首先依靠详细的查体，注意有无尺神经、桡神经、正中神经及肱动脉等损伤。
