摘要
目的探讨微波辐射对大鼠海马组织结构及其能量代谢的影响。方法采用30 mW/cm2微波辐射40只Wistar雄性大鼠15 min,运用HE染色、Pearson二甲亚砜法琥珀酸脱氢酶(succinate dehydrogenase,SDH)染色以及醋酸铀和柠檬酸铅双重染色,通过光镜和电镜观察海马组织的形态结构改变及SDH平均光密度变化。结果30 mW/cm2微波辐射后14-21 d,海马组织神经元固缩、深染,线粒体肿胀空化、突触囊泡堆积。辐射后14 d,SDH平均光密度与假辐射组相比呈降低趋势,无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论一定剂量微波辐射可引起大鼠海马组织结构改变,但对海马组织中能量代谢无明显影响。
Objective To investigate the effects of microwave radiation on structure and energy metabolism in rat hippocampus.Methods Forty male Wistar rats were exposed to microwave radiation with an average power density of 30 mW/cm2 for 15 min.HE staining,Pearson dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) succinate dehydrogenase(SDH) staining were used to study the morphological changes and uranyl acetate and lead citrate double staining was used for electron microscopy.The mean optical density(MOD) of SDH staining in rat hippocampus was determined by image analysis.Results Pyknosis and deep staining of neurons,swelling and cavitation of mitochondria in hippocampal neurons and deposits of synapse vesicles were observed at 14 to 21 d after of microwave exposure.Compared to the sham-radiation control group,the MOD of SDH of the 30 mW/cm2-radiation group had a decreasing trend at 14 d after microwave exposure,but statistically not significantly differenct(P0.05).Conclusion Microwave radiation at some doses may cause structural changes in the rat hippocampus,but not overt changes of energy metabolism in the rat hippocampus.
