经皮穿刺瘤内注射碘油化疗药乳剂治疗兔移植性VX2瘤疗效研究 被引量:3

Effect of percutaneous intratumoral injection of lipiodol emulsion of chemotherapic agents on implanted VX2 tumor in rabbits

摘要 目的观察瘤内注射碘油化疗药乳剂(CALE)治疗兔VX2瘤疗效。方法 12只荷瘤兔(24瘤灶)随机分3组,行瘤内注射碘油(碘油组)、化疗药物(化疗药组)和CALE(CALE组)2ml,对照组2只4瘤灶。术后第7天处死动物,计算瘤体坏死率。取材行镜下观察并检测增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)。结果碘油组、化疗药组、CALE组坏死率分别为(2.22±0.56)%、(7.25±0.82)%和(27.02±3.46)%,3组间有显著差异(P<0.01)。PCNA和VEGF:对照组分别为(76.50±1.67)%和(66.63±1.05)%;碘油组分别为(75.80±0.65)%和(65.31±0.52)%;化疗药组分别为(51.28±2.11)%和(44.56±1.80)%;CALE组分别为(27.81±0.69)%和(25.85±1.19)%。治疗各组间PCNA和VEGF均有显著差异(P<0.01),CALE组抑制最显著。病理:CALE组治疗效果最明显呈大片凝固坏死,瘤细胞碎裂;电镜见均质化无结构。结论经皮瘤内注射CALE可引起肿瘤明显坏死并可抑制PCNA和VEGF的表达,疗效良好。 Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of percutaneous intratumoral injection with lipiodol emulsion of chemotherapic agents(CALE) on implanted VX2 tumor in rabbits.Methods Twelve New Zealand rabbits with implanted VX2 tumor(24 models) were divided into lipiodol group,chemotherapeutic agent group and CALE group with intratumoral injections of the corresponding agents.The pathological changes of all the lesions were observed and the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) were evaluated 7 days after the operation.Results Compared with the lipiodol group and chemotherapic agent group,intratumoral injection of CALE resulted in the highest tumor necrosis rate and greatest tumor necrosis(P〈0.01).The labeling indices of PCNA and VEGF expressions in CALE group were markedly lower than those in the other two groups(P〈0.01).Conclusion Percutaneous intratumoral injection of CALE is an effective ablation approach for treatment of malignant solid tumors.
