F22/P91异种钢接头裂纹原因分析及焊接修复 被引量:2

摘要 某高压主汽门阀用F22/P91异种钢焊接接头运行时,表面及其内部产生裂纹。文中采用金相显微镜、SEM、显微硬度仪等对焊接裂纹进行检验。结果表明,P91钢及堆焊层强度低、焊接及热处理工艺不合理,是导致接头产生裂纹的主要原因。通过采用合理的焊接和热处理工艺,避免了异种钢接头裂纹的产生,确保了机组的安全可靠运行。 Crack appears in the F22/P91 dissimilar steel joint in High-Pressure Main Steam Valve.It was tested by metallurgical microscope, SEM,and micro hardness tester.The results indicate that the difference of strength between the deposited metal and base metal and the unreasonable welding process and heat treatment process are the main reason caused the crack in the joint.The crack was prevented in dissimilar steel joint by the proper welding process and heat treatment process,which can assure the units to be safely running.
