微型汽车传动轴轴管叉双头相位摩擦焊机的研制

摘要 研究设计了一种用于微型汽车传动轴轴管叉焊接的双头相位摩擦焊机。该焊机可一次装夹同时完成轴管叉焊接总成的2道焊缝,实现了轴管叉焊接总成的装配焊接,在保证轴管叉精度和质量的前提下,大大提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。并且比现有的焊接工艺节约能源,清洁环境,绿色环保。 A kind of a double-side phases friction welding machine was designed for the welding of drive shaft of the minicar.The welding machine can pack to clip and complete two weld beams in the tube(weld yoke)welding assembly at one time.And it carried out the assembly welding for the tube(weld yoke)welding assembly.This machine not only assures the quality and accuracy of drive shaft,but also greatly raises production efficiency and lowers the production cost.In addition,being compared to the existing welding process,it can save energy, sweep environment and protect environment.
