摘要 实现铜合金与钛合金异种材料的有效连接既能满足导热性、耐磨性、耐蚀性的要求,又能满足轻质高强的要求,将拥有广阔的应用前景。综述了铜合金与钛合金异种材料的连接现状,主要涉及扩散焊、爆炸焊、摩擦焊及钎焊等方法,同时指出了这些方法的特点、最新进展及适用性。 The joining technology of copper alloy to titanium alloy has wide applications,which can satisfy requirements of not only heat conductivity, wearing resistance and corrosion resistance,but also light weight and high strength.The research progress in joining of copper alloy to titanium alloy was summarized,which included welding methods such as diffusion bonding,explosive welding,friction welding and brazing and so on.Their characteristics,recent progress and applicability were discussed.
