癌变 瘤变 还是病变? 被引量：1

摘要 同一个患者的病变,同样的病理变化,如果分别被不同的病理医师诊断为上皮发生了＂癌变＂、＂瘤变＂和＂病变＂,这对患者和医师来说是难以理解和接受的,通常会认定为其中的两个诊断必然有误。尤其对于患者而言,见到这三个不同的名称，其感受可能会有天壤之别。那么是不是病理医师真的出了差错呢？答案却是否定的。事实是在子宫颈原位癌与癌前相关病变的认识过程中，
