血清粉尘螨特异性IgE浓度与皮肤点刺试验强度相关性 被引量:3

Relativity of the intensity of specific IgE and skin prick test in patients with perennial allergic rhinitis

摘要 目的探讨血清粉尘螨特异性IgE(specific IgE,sIgE)浓度与粉尘螨皮肤点刺试验(skin prick test,SPT)强度之间相关性,以及2种方法在临床中的应用价值。方法对100例临床症状和体征符合变应性鼻炎的患者进行血清粉尘螨sIgE检测和SPT,并进行对比分析。结果血清粉尘螨sIgE与粉尘螨SPT灵敏度分别为72.0%和65.0%;粉尘螨SPT随着皮肤风团直径增大,血清粉尘螨sIgE阳性率和级别也显著增加。结论血清粉尘螨sIgE浓度与粉尘螨SPT反应强度之间存在相关性,两者均有较高灵敏度。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between the intensity of specific IgE to Dermatophagoides farina(Derf)and skin prick test(SPT),and to study the clinical value of these two methods.METHODS One hundred suspected allergic rhinitis patients were enrolled in this study.Specific IgE to Derf and SPT to Derf were sampled from all subjects for comparison analysis.RESULTS The sensitivity of sIgE and SPT were 72.0% and 65.0% respectively.According to the SPT results,the larger of the wheal,the higher of the positive rate and level of sIgE.CONCLUSION There is a correlation between the test results of specific IgE to Derf and SPT to Derf,and either of them has high sensitivity.
