摘要
分析了黄土高原产沙分布的成因规律，提出了新的治理黄河泥沙的方案，并论证了它在防洪、兴利方面的效果及中游区干、支河道演变趋势．
A new scheme for silts harnessing of the Yellow River based on the analysis of the cause of silts formation in loess plateau is proposed. The effect on flood prevention and water conservancy are demonstrated. The evolution tendency of the middle reaches area and the tributary of river is analyzed.
