摘要 在综述了国内外计算机控制系统的现状及发展趋势的基础上,结合我国碳纤维生产线控温系统的实际情况,设计了分布式碳纤维生产线温度控制系统,并编写了上位机监控系统软件。本软件能系统管理生产线47 个温控点,可实现连动连控、在线监测、信息管理、系统维护等功能。实际运行表明:本系统界面友好,操作方便,运行稳定,具有较强的软件接口扩展能力。 Based on the overview of the present situation and developing tendency of the internal and external computer control system, a distributed temperature control & supervising system for carbon fibre product line is designed and the relantive software is also developed according to the fact of temperature control system for carbon fibre product line in our country. This software can manage the 47 temperature points systematically, and has the functions such as joint action and control, online supervising, information managing, system maintenance etc. The running result testified that this system has not only a friendly interface, convenient operation and stable running. but also a good software interface for extending functions.
