预分解窑熟料产量计算公式及增产潜力浅析

Clinker Output Calculating Formula on Precalcining Kiln and Simple Analysis on Production Potentialities

随着预分解及有关技术的不断发展，早期的一些预分解窑熟料产量计算公式已经不能适应当前的生产实际情况。本文根据目前各类预分解窑的实际水平，经统计并经试凑迭代得到的预分解窑熟料产量计算公式，能够很好地反映当前各类带三次风管的预分解窑实际生产能力。其中公式（９） ～（１２） 对短窑也具有很好的适应性。本文还根据湿法窑及五级预热器窑的截面热负荷推算了预分解窑的上限产量。

Along with the increasing development of precalcining technology, the early output calculating formulas for some precalcining kilns have been unadapted for present production situation. The calculating formulas shown in this article can reflect satisfactorily the actual production ability of precalcining kilns with tertiary air duct. These formulas are worked out through statistics, trial and error, and iteration method. The formulas of (9)-(12) possess desired adaptability even for short kilns. This article also calculated the upper limit of production capacity according to the sectional thermal load on wet kilns and five-stage preheater kilns.
