摘要
采用板框式超滤膜组件构成的完全混合厌氧生物反应器对高浓度食品废水进行处理,考察了处理效果以及截留分子量对膜通量和出水效果的影响。膜材质为聚醚砜( P E S) ,截留分子量为20 000 ~70 000 u 。试验结果表明,截留分子量不同的膜,通量衰减及清洗恢复也呈现不同的趋势;对 S S 均能完全去除;对细菌的截留率均能达到99 .9 % 以上;对 C O D、色度的去除有所差异,截留分子量愈小,去除率愈高,但差异不是很大。根据试验提出了“并联运行的平板膜组件中,通量最大的膜优先衰减且衰减幅度最大”的观点。
A completely mixed anaerobic bioreactor made up of a flat plate tuype ultrafiltration module was applied to a high strength food wastewater treatment.The treatment efficiency and the effect of the molecular weight cut off on the membrane flux and effluent level were studied in the reactor.The material of membbrane was PES and molecular weight cut-off of the membrane was 20 000~70 000 dalton.It was proved that the molecular weight cut-off had a important influence on the menbrane flux and its recovery after cleaning.The process could remove SS completely,remove bacteria with and efficiency of 99.9%.The membrane with smaller molecular weight cut-off could obtain the higer ermoval of COD and color.A viewpoint that the flux of membrane with the largest flux in parallel-operated modules would decrease first was presented.
