北京东方广场底板大体积混凝土冬期施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 北京东方广场基础底板统一设计为 C35 、 P12 抗渗混凝土, 施工时正值冬季, 厚度大于等于1 m 的底板不掺防冻剂、小于1 m的底板掺 J D- 10 防冻剂,混凝土配合比统一配制。底板大体积混凝土施工时,采用分层浇筑、阶梯式推进的方法。沉降后浇带混凝土提前浇筑,约在混凝土整体收缩完成80 % 左右拆模。 The foundation bed plateform of the Beijing Oriental plaza project has been designed with an unified design of C35 P12 anti-seepage concrete.During its winter construction,the foundation bed platform has been designed of 1 m thickness without anti-freezing agent,while those foundation bed platform of less than 1 m thickness has been mixed with JD-10 anti-freezing agent.The concrete' s mixing ratio has been integrated with an unified mixture.During the foundation bed plat form's mass concrete construction,step by step pouring operations,and terraced procedures method have been carried out.The settlement joint belt has been poured previously and gained about 80% of concrete's complete shrinkage,and simultaneously the form stripping were carried out.
