The Windsong Cohousing is one of the most representatives of the cohousing community in North America. Its core objective is to encourage comprehensive interaction and open communication between residents, and it has been reflected through the construction process, community design, living model and management. Meanwhile, eco-design measures based on the low-impact strategy is one of the main features of the community. This paper analyze the design, management and living model of Windsong Cohousing.
