介绍全过程质量控制，实施“项目管理责任目标”考核机制与动态管理和阶段目标考核的施工管理经验。
This paper introduces the construction management experiences of the quality control in the whole construction courses, the assessment of the project management with responsibility aims, the dynamic management,and the assessment of stage aims. [
