摘要
适量的 Mg O 可以改善95 瓷的耐磨性。通过一系列的实验得知,当加入 Mg O 量在025% 、常压下、1 640℃保温2h 可以制得耐磨性很好的 Al2 O3 瓷。这种提高95 瓷耐磨性的方法经济实惠,具有非常重要的实用意义。
The wear resistent performance of the 95% alumina ceramics is increased with the addition of optimal amount of MgO.The optimal wear resistent performance of the 95% alumina ceramics is obtained when MgO content is 0.25%,and the specimen is sintered at 1 640℃ and maintained 2h.The addition of MgO to increase the wear resistent performance of 95% alumina ceramics is a very important and economic method.
