在介绍电力系统故障合闸角概念的基础上，着重阐述了利用 Ｉｎｔｅ１８０ Ｃ１９６ 单片机的高速输入和高速输出接口，实现用于电力系统动态模拟实验室的合闸角控制器原理、硬件构成及软件过程。

This paper first introduces the conception of the fault close angle of power system,then presents the design and implementation (including hardware and software) of close angle controller using the high speed I/O of Intel 80C196 in the electric power system dynamic simulation laboratory.
