摘要
运用正交试验法研究水性聚氨酯成膜剂的最佳制备工艺。以吸水率、力学性能为主要技术指标考察多元醇种类、NCO/OH值、DMPA用量、硬段比例和乙二胺用量对水性聚氨酯成膜剂的性能影响。实验结果表明:选择聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)为软段材料,DMPA用量为4%,NCO/OH值为1.4,硬段比例为45%、乙二胺用量为0.5%为最佳水平。且多元醇种类,DMPA用量,NCO/OH值是主要影响因素。
The optimum formulas of the waterproof polyurethane film former were studied with the method of orthogonal experiment.The relation between waterproof and water absorption were discussed preliminarily,through researching on water absorption of polyurethane influenced by polyol tape,DMPA,NCO/OH,Hard segment ratio and ethylenediamine.The result showed that the comprehensive performance was best when the soft segment was Polycarbonate diols,DMPA was 4%,NCO/OH was 1.4,hard segment was 45% and ethylenediamine was 0.5%.Meanwhile the polyol tape,DMPA,NCO/OH were the main factors for waterproof of polyurethane.
