用废铁屑制备复合絮凝剂的正交实验研究

摘要 以废铁屑、硫酸、硅酸钠、硫酸锌为原料,制备了聚硅酸铁锌(PSZF)絮凝剂,对合成工艺条件进行了研究。通过正交实验考查了硫酸的温度、浓度、浸出时间和液固比对浸出率的影响,并讨论了硅酸活化pH值、硅酸活化时间、Fe/Si摩尔比、Zn/Si摩尔比等因素对合成产物PSZF絮凝性能的影响。结果表明,PSZF絮凝效果良好,能有效去除印染废水中的浊度,最高去除率可达93.9%。 The poly-silicate-ferric-zinc sulfate(PSZF) was prepared from scrap iron,sulfuric acid,sodium silicate and sulfate zinc.The influence of processing parameters on the iron lixiviated rate,such as the temperature and concentration of the acid,the leaching time,and the liquid-to-solid ratio,was studied by orthogonal experiment.Further,the effect of some factors on the flocculation property of the prepared PSZF,including the pH value and time for silicic acid activation,the molar ratio of Fe-to-Si,and the molar ratio of Zn-to-Si,was investigated,and the result indicated that PSZF had excellent flocculation performance,as it could decrease effectively the turbidity of the dyeing wastewater by 93.9%.
