摘要
针对中小企业和科研单位的创新产品研究及小批量产品加工的应用要求,提出一种小型真空注型机的设计方案。在分析真空注型工艺的基础上,建立了真空注型机的功能模型;通过功能-结构的映射关系,构建其结构模型;利用形态综合法对子功能进行求解,从而获取真空注型机的功能结构树;最后,通过物理样机的制造,验证了结构设计的正确性和合理性。
For the application of innovative design and small batch production of product in small and medium-sized enterprises and research institution,the design project of a small-sized vacuum casting machine is proposed.According to analysis results of vacuum casting process,the function model of vacuum casting machine is constructed.Its structure model is constructed by the mapping relation of function-structure of machine.Then,every sub-function in the function model is solved by the morphological synthetic method,and the function-structure tree of vacuum casting machine is constructed.Lastly,the physical prototype is manufactured based on the design result,and the validity and the rationality of its structure are verified.
