摘要
漂流作为一项介于生态和探险之间的专项体验式旅游项目,近年来受到国内旅游市场欢迎。然而如何做好游客旅游体验管理,提高游客漂流满意度,需要对游客漂流体验的影响因素进行分析。采用实证研究的方法,以长沙沩山漂流的游客为调查对象发放问卷,运用因子分析、方差分析等统计学方法对回收数据进行分析,得到"设施与过程感受因子"、"配套服务因子"、"旅游价格因子"和"旅游者内在特征因子"4个漂流体验的主要影响因子,并分析了游客个体因素与这4个影响因子之间的相关性,以期为合理开发和评价漂流项目提供依据。
As a special experience-based tourism program,ranging between ecology and exploration,whitewater rafting has been increasingly popular with domestic tourism market.However,in order to strengthen the tourism experience management and serve rafting travelers to their entire satisfaction,it's necessary to analyze the influencing factors of travelers' rafting experience.This paper adopted the method of empirical research;self-designed questionnaires were distributed to the travelers at Weishan drift in Changsha.The collected data was dealt with statistical analysis of factor,ANOVA etc.,and 4 factors were extracted,including "Facilities and process experience factor","supporting service facilities factor","tourism price factor","tourists intrinsic characteristics factor".Then the correlation relationship between the extracted factor and travelers' particular factor was analyzed,with a view to providing basis for rational development and assessment of rafting programs.
