我国星级饭店发展中科技进步的经济贡献率研究——基于增长速度方程模型的实证测算

Research on the Economic Contribution Rate of Scientific and Technological Progress of Star Hotels Development in China Based on Growth Rate Equation Model

饭店在科技方面的投入是饭店投入的重要组成部分,了解科技进步对饭店经济的贡献率,对于饭店管理者的科学决策具有重要意义。结合实际数据,运用增长速度方程模型,选取我国星级饭店的营业收入总额、固定资产投资额和年平均从业人员数这3个指标,来测算"九五"和"十五"期间我国星级饭店发展中科技进步对饭店经济增长的贡献率以及资本、劳动力的贡献率,得出现阶段劳动力投入和资本投入是推动我国星级饭店经济增长的主要因素,而科技进步作用还有待进一步提高的结论。

Science and technology investment has become an important part of the hotel investment.Understanding the economic contribution of science and technology investment of hotel is useful for the hotel manager to make scientific decision.In combination with the actual data,this paper uses Solow Residual Law（the growth rate equation method）,and selects the total revenue,fixed asset investment and the annual average number of employees to estimate contribution rate of the scientific and technological progress,capital and labor during 1995 to 2005,and draws the conclusions that labor input and capital input are the main factors to promote the economic growth of star hotels and the role of science and technology will be enhanced.
