乡村旅游就业效应的社区居民感知研究——以南京市江心洲为例

Study on the Effects of Rural Tourism Employment Based on the Perception of Community Residents——Taking Jiangxinzhou Town in Nanjing City as An Example

农村劳动力就业问题始终是"三农问题"的焦点。近年来,随着乡村旅游的异军突起,乡村旅游已成为农村经济发展的亮点和解决农村居民就业的重要途径。有鉴于此,以南京市首批国家农业旅游示范点——江心洲为例,基于居民感知的视角,重点从农村居民就业机会、就业环境、就业观念、就业满意度以及就业意愿等方面对乡村旅游发展的就业效应进行了实证分析。结果表明:乡村旅游的发展对农村居民就业具有较强的促进作用。最后,结合调查中发现的问题,对如何进一步发挥乡村旅游的就业效应提出了若干对策建议。

The problem of rural residents＇ employment is always the focus of issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area.In recent years,rural tourism has emerged as a new force,and it has been the highlights of rural economic development and an important means of solving the problem of local residents＇ employment.Based on Jiangxinzhou town which is the first national agricultural tourism demonstration site,and by the angle of resident perception perspective,the paper makes empirical analysis on the employment effects of rural tourism from five aspects,such as local residents＇ employment opportunities,employment environment,employment concept,employment satisfaction and employment will.The results indicate that the rural tourism can effectively promote the employment of rural residents.Finally,some proposals are put forward to exert the employment effects of rural tourism furtherly.
