基于组织社会化理论的新员工引导模型构建被引量：2

摘要新员工引导是组织社会化的一种具体体现形式,能为企业提供高效而又具有高认同感的员工,因此大多企业都比较重视新员工引导,但从企业的具体操作来看,新员工引导仅仅是被做为一种单一的引导任务而已,有些企业理解的新员工引导只是相对模式化的岗前培训。因此,为了能给大多数企业提供新员工引导的规范性、感性性,文章在简要回顾组织社会化与新员工引导理论的基础上构建了新员工引导模型。
