西酞普兰诱发QT间期延长并尖端扭转性室性心动过速一例 被引量：4

摘要 某些药物的应用，可能是获得性长QT间期综合征常见的原因之一。QT间期延长容易诱发尖端扭转性室性心动过速而导致猝死，危害极大。目前有研究表明，5-羟色胺冉摄取抑制剂可能降低冠心病的发病率和病死率。我们报道1例患者应用西酞普兰后诱发QT间期延长并尖端扭转性室性心动过速，以引起临床医师的重视。
