排水管网规划评价指标体系构建及分形维数应用 被引量:8

摘要 针对截流合流制排水管网规划指标体系的构建问题,分别从排水管网的规模、结构、服务质量、经济效益等方面,构建了反映排水管网规划特征、涵盖15个指标的评价体系框架,确定了各评价指标的定义和量化方法.评价指标定量计算所需要的基础数据,易于在排水管网规划阶段获取,使评价具有较强的可操作性.在排水管网规划评价指标体系中引入了新的评价指标——排水管网分形维数,用以描述管网的空间分布特征,并采用计盒法计算了排水管网分形维数,经验证,计算结果与实际情况较接近. Aiming at the problem of constructing an index system of intercepted combined drainage pipe network planning,we constructed an index system framework including 15 evaluation indices reflecting the features of drainage pipe network planning.The framework was constructed based on analysis of scale,structure,service quality and economic effect of the drainage pipe network.Simultaneously,definitions and quantification methods for various indices were determined.Since the data quantifying the indices could be gained easily during the drainage pipe network planning stage,the index system was of good operability.A new evaluation index,the fractal dimension of a drainage pipe network,was introduced into the index system to describe the space distribution features of the pipe network,and the method of box-counting was used to calculate the fractal dimension of the drainage pipe network.The results were in agreement with the actual situation.As a result,the evaluation became more specific and practical.This study demonstrated a new direction for constructing an index system for combined drainage pipe network planning.
