摘要
以某PC斜拉桥维修工程为背景,用GQJS软件进行斜拉桥加固维修施工控制的模拟计算分析,其中包括根据全桥拉索索力、桥面线形、塔位、主梁混凝土应力和支座工作状态等结构参数的监测结果模拟结构的实际状态,根据桥梁结构的病害状况对结构参数进行修正。介绍了摆索拉力支座恢复的施工方法,以及结构在摆索拉力支座恢复过程中的结构力学性能变化,并提出摆索拉力支座恢复的施工控制目标和安全措施。施工监测结果表明,摆索拉力支座恢复过程中的施工控制达到了预期目标,同时保证了结构的安全。
A simulation analysis method used for construction control of rehabilitation of PC cable-stayed bridge with GQJS software was introduced.It includes how to simulate the real status of the bridge according to the inspection data of cable force,displacement of beam or pylons,girder stress and bearing working status,and how to correct these parameters on the basis of disease characters of the bridge structure.Then,the construction method and process analysis of tension rocker bearing rehabilitation are introduced,the construction method and the variation of structure mechanical property in tension rocker bearing rehabilitation were introduced,and the control objectives and safety measures of the rehabilitation were proposed.The inspection data shows that the targets of construction control for rehabilitation of tension rocker bearing was achieved and the safety of the bridge structure was ensured.
