摘要
合理注水对松软煤层片帮事故能起到很好的预防作用,为了探讨注水增强松软煤壁稳定性的原因,针对郑煤集团教学二矿31101工作面具体的地质条件,采用FLAC3D软件模拟分析了注水对工作面前方煤体应力与应变的影响。结果表明,注水后工作面前方煤体应力峰值向深部转移,卸压带增长,卸压带内应力值降低;煤体可压缩变形量增加,有利于弹性能的缓慢释放;塑性区范围显著增大,抵抗前方煤体弹性能突然释放的能力增强;并且工作面煤壁形成粘结层,从而起到了预防片帮的作用、保证了工作面煤壁的稳定。
Reasonable water injection is beneficial to prevent rib spalling of soft coal seam. For the purpose of studying the reason of water injection to strengthen stability of soft coal wall, based on geological conditions of NO. 31101 working face in Zhengzhou Coal Group (Dengfeng) Jiaoxue NO. 2 Mining Co. ,Ltd, the effect of water injection on stress and strain of coal mass in front of the working face was simulated and analyzed through FLAC3D program. The results showed that concentration stress of coal mass in front of the working face moved deeply, pressure released zone and plastic area increased, the stress of pressure released zone decreased. Compressed deformation of coal mass increased, which is helpful to release elasticity slowly. Spot result showed that bond coat of soft coal wall formed. Thus, water injection showed the function of preventing rib spalling of soft coal seam.
