摘要
为有效控制遗留煤柱影响区沿空巷道的围岩稳定,采用数值模拟的方法,对遗留煤柱上覆岩层应力场及位移场分布规律进行了研究,初步探讨了遗留煤柱影响区沿空巷道支护技术。数值计算结果表明,遗留煤柱对4煤层应力集中影响范围大约为煤柱前后50 m区域,最大集中应力程度达到原岩应力的1.65倍。在恒源煤矿454工作面巷道施工中,以数值计算结果为指导,对遗留煤柱影响区采用高强锚梁网索支护技术,取得了良好的技术效果。
In order to control the stability of gob - side entry which affected by the legacy pillar, the distribution law of displacement and stress field which in the overlying strata was researched in the paper through the method of numerical simulation. And also the suppott technology of gob - side entry affected by lagacy pillar was preliminary studied. The numerial simulation rusults showed that , the area affected by legacy pillar was 50 m around the pillar in the 4# coal seam, and the concentrated stress was 1.65 times than the primary rock stress. Guiding by the conclusion of numerical simulation, we took the support technology of high - strength anchor beam to contral the tunnel which in 454 coal face of Heng - Yuan Coal Mine, and the project got excellent technology effect at last.
