后期分离集中教学法初探

该文阐述了我国高等职业教育规模不断壮大后带来的一系列问题。希望通过采用"后期分离集中教学法",分离不同兴趣点的学生,集中相同兴趣点的学生,以细分就业岗位需求为前提,集中前期离散知识,以突出就业岗位能力综合训练,来改善和解决问题,进而增强学生的就业核心竞争力。

The thesis expatiates the great development of college education in China, the scale is expanding. At the same time, it brings a lot of problem. Such as the students are of different origins, the quality of teaching is decreasing, the low rate of employment and falling short of professional appear. Now the behindhand service - management and education thinking must be innovated, in order to satisfy the new character of students. The thesis uses the evening ＂Separated -Centralization＂ education method, the first step is to separate students with different interest, the second one is to centralize the students with same interest, finally on basis of new employment demand, we centralize the forepart discrete knowledge, to enhance the ability of professional, so that the students can make the employment demand clear and become outstanding staff in the future. According to the above ways, we can solve kinds of problems, to strengthen the student＇s competitive employment ability.
