广东城市化农村的外嫁女权益矛盾与化解

Study of Contradiction and its Solution of Waijia'nvs' Interest Rights in Guangdong Urbanized Countries

广东经历了工业化推动的高速经济发展,三十年来城市化水平显著提升,而更多的农村虽还是农村,但它们今非昔比,已被卷入城市化进程之中,成为城市化农村。对城市化农村而言,稳定与发展是同等重要的,目前来看,这些城市化农村发生了大量外嫁女权益矛盾,已经成为城市化农村不稳定的一个重要因素。文章采用社会学的研究方法,首先描述了广东城市化农村的外嫁女权益矛盾表现,接着分析了外嫁女权益矛盾产生的原因,在此基础上,提出化解外嫁女权益矛盾要从多方面努力的对策。

Guangdong＇s industrialization has greatly fostered its economic development, and has brought forth rural urbanization as well. And then the contradiction of the interest rights of Waijiaiav （ females who gets married in out of their hometown） , which has become an important factor of the instability of urbanized countries in Guangdong, has come into being. This paper first lists phenomena of this contradiction, then analyses the causes of it, and puts forward that the solution to this contradiction needs various countermeasures.
