绩效管理体系在中小型商贸企业的运用探讨

摘要 文章阐述了绩效管理体系的实质内涵,对我国中小型商贸企业的特点及该类企业实施绩效管理体系效果普遍不佳的原因进行了简要分析。通过对农垦南燕公司近五年来建立和实施绩效管理体系的成功实践作系统分析,说明在中小型商贸企业建立一套科学的、符合企业自身实际的绩效管理体系,以提高企业竞争力并实现可持续发展是切实可行的。同时对在中小型商贸企业建立和实施绩效管理体系应注意的问题以及企业经营者的调控作用方面作了简要的分析。 The virtual contents of performance management system (PMS) were expounded. The main characters of small - medium trading enterprise in China, and the reasons of no good result to apply PMS in this style enterprise were briefly analyzed. By system analyzing to establish and apply PMS successfully for five years in Guangdong agribusiness nanyan trading co. , results showed that establishing a set of scientific and suitable for the enterprise to raise its competitive ability and sustained development is practical and effective. Several attention problems and manager director's coordination and supervision for applying PMS in this style enterprise were analyzed.
