How to Construct the Off-campus Core Author Groups of the Higher Vocational Journals

针对高职高专学报作者队伍科研素质不高且校内作者科研素质短时间难以改变的现状,提出了开发校外高素质作者、建设核心作者群的建议和措施,以期改善高职高专学报的作者队伍,提高刊物质量。

Based on the situation that the quality for scientific research of authors of the higher vocational journals is not improved in a short amount of time, This paper puts forward some suggestions and measures for developing off - campus high - quality authors and constructing off - campus core author groups , so as to perfect author groups of the higher vocational journals and improve the quality of journals.
