摘要
原发性骨质疏松(osteoporosis,OP)与骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是目前老年人常见病、多发病。尽管二者从发病部位、病理表现和生化上均有很大不同,但是近年来科学研究表明,人体内元素钙、镁、锰、氟、锶、硼和铜,能够影响骨代谢,导致骨质疏松和骨性关节炎的发生。这些发现对于临床上骨性关节炎和骨质疏松的预防和治疗具有重要意义。
The primary osteoporosis(OP) and osteoarthritis(OA) are currently common and frequently-occurring diseases among the elderly.They are different on onset parts,pathological change and biochemistry,but in recent years,some scientific researches show that elements in the human body,such as calcium(Ca),magnesium(Mg),manganese(Mn),fluorine(F),copper(Cu),boron(B) and strontium(Sr),can affect bone metabolism and cause osteoporosis and osteoarthritis occurrence.These findings are important for the prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis and osteoporosis in clinics.
