CDK4 Fas在不同子宫内膜中的表达探讨

Expression of CDK4 protein and Fas indifferent endometrium and its clinical significance

摘要 目的:探讨CDK4(cyclin dependent kinase 4)周期素依赖性激酶4,Fas/Apo-1蛋白在不同子宫内膜中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,测定12例正常子宫内膜16例不典型增生子宫内膜及40例子宫内膜癌中的CDK4蛋白与Fas蛋白的表达情况。结果:CDK4在不典型增生子宫内膜和子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率与正常组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05),Fas蛋白在子宫内膜癌(endometrial carcinoma,EC)中的表达明显低于正常子宫内膜,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:CDK4蛋白的过度表达可能在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展、浸润中具有一定作用,还可能作为一种有价值的肿瘤标志物。Fas蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的低表达提示其可能通过调控细胞凋亡参与了子宫内膜癌的发生和发展,可能与子宫内膜癌细胞的凋亡及免疫逃避等密切相关。 Objective:To investigate the expressions of CDK4 and Fas proteins in different endometrium.Methods:A specific and sensitive immunohistochemical SP assay was used to detect the expression of CDK4 and Fas protein in 40 cases of endometrial carcinoma,16 atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and 12 normal endometrium.Results:Both the CDK4 positive rates in atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and in cancer were significantly higher than that in normal endometrium(P〈0.05).The expression of Fas in EC was significantly lower than that in normal endometrium(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Our results suggest that the aberrant expressions of CDK4 are closely related to the occurrence development and recurrence of endometrial carcinoma,it may still be a kind of worthy tumor marker.The lower expression levels of Fas/Apo1 in endometrical carcinoma suggest that it may take part in the pathogenesis and development of endometrical carcinoma.The expression of Fas may play an important role in the process of apoptosis and immune evasion of endometrical carcinoma tissue.
