脆性X相关蛋白Ⅰ结构及功能研究进展

摘要 脆性X相关蛋白Ⅰ(FXR1P)是脆性X蛋白家族成员,与脆性X智力低下蛋白(FMRP)的氨基酸序列60%以上相似。FXR1P分子中存在KH-Ⅰ结构域、RGG结构域、Agenet结构域、NLS、NES信号、NoS等结构;FXR1P可作为转录调节因子参与特定mRNA的转录与翻译。研究表明,FXR1P可以参与miRNA调控途径,实现对靶mRNA的调节。从结构和功能方面对FXR1P研究进展作一综述。 Fragile X-related 1 Protein(FXR1P) is one member of fragile X protein family.FXR1P has high amino acid sequence identity to FMRP(60%).l FXR1P contains two KH domains、an RGG box 、arginine rich motif、 nuclear localization(NLS) 、 nuclear export(NES) and NoS,FXR1P bind target mRNAs to regulate their translation.Also FXR1P can utilize the miRNA pathway to regulate target mRNA expression.This article mainly reviewed the mlecular structure and the function of FXR1P.
