摘要
针对波纹管生产工艺的特殊性要求,分析影响料筒温度变化的各种变量,测试了挤出机料筒温度特性,提出用带分段积分环节的模糊控制方法来控制波纹管生产的温度值,采用控制方式(分段引入积分环节)完成模糊控制器的设计,实现了对波纹管生产的多点温度控制。
In this paper,according to the special requests of corrugated pipe production technology,analysises the variations that affects the barrel temperature transformation,and testes the extruder barrel temperature Characteristics Proposeds a method based on fuzzy control by integral with the band section that control the temperature of corrugates pipe production,using control methods（integral part of the introduction section）,and designs the fuzzy controller,achieves the multi-point temperature control in the process of corrugated pipe produce.
