易北河流域综合管理决策支持系统 被引量:1

摘要 在德国联邦教育和研究部的资助下,德国联邦水文研究所开发了易北河流域综合管理决策支持系统。系统的模块结构涉及空间分区(包括流域、河网、干流和河段)以及数值模型两部分。以实例形式设置的系统功能涵盖水质、防洪、漫滩生态和航运,同时考虑了气候变化、农业政策和人口变化等外部情景。利用该系统可以预测人类活动对易北河及其漫滩的影响,为流域的综合管理和战略决策提供支持。
