10种广东本地清热解毒中草药体外抗蛇毒作用的实验研究

Experimental study on resistance to snake venom role for ten kinds chinese herb medicines with clearing away heat and toxic material in Guangdong area

目的研究10种广东本地清热解毒中草药的抗蛇毒作用。方法采用鲎试剂试管凝集反应法。结果 10种广东本地清热解毒中草药的药液浓度在0.5 g/ml以上时均有抗五步蛇、眼镜蛇、竹叶青蛇、蝰蛇、蝮蛇蛇毒的作用;降低药液浓度后,不同的药物对不同蛇毒抗毒作用有所不同。结论广东土牛膝等10种本地清热解毒中草药对5种蛇毒有直接的破坏、降解作用。

Objective To study the role of resistance to snake venom for ten kinds Chinese herb medicines with the clearing away heat and toxic material in Guangdong area.Methods The limulus reagent tests were used in vitro agglutinate reaction.Results Ten kinds Chinese herb medicines with the clearing away heat and toxic material in Guangdong area all have actions of resistance to the snake venom of the deinagkistrodon acutus,cobra,trimeresurus gramineus,viper,agkistrodon halys when the concentration is above 0.5 g/ml.The anti-toxin effects of various herb medicines are different after drug concentrations were decreased.Conclusion The upatorium chinense and other Chinese herb medicines with the clearing away heat and toxic material in Guangdong area all have the roles of direct damage for five snake venoms.
