蛇伤药酒体外抗5种蛇毒的实验研究

Experimental study of snakebite tincture in vitro resistant five snake venoms

目的探讨蛇伤药酒抗五步蛇、竹叶青蛇、眼镜蛇、蝰蛇、蝮蛇蛇毒的效果。方法采用鲎试剂试管凝集反应法。结果蛇伤药酒浓度为1.0 ml/ml时,对5种蛇毒均有破坏产生凝胶反应的作用;浓度为0.5ml/ml时,对五步蛇、竹叶青蛇、眼镜蛇蛇毒有破坏产生凝胶反应的作用;浓度为0.3 ml/ml时,仅对五步蛇毒有破坏产生凝胶反应的作用;浓度降至0.1 ml/ml时,对5种蛇毒均无破坏产生凝胶反应的作用。结论蛇伤药酒有较好的抗蛇毒作用,且对五步蛇毒作用最强。

Objective To explore the effects of snakebite tincture to resist the Deinagkistrodon acutus,Trimeresurus gramineus,Naja naja atra,Vipera russelli,Agkistrodon halys. Methods The limulus reagent tests were used in vitro agglutinate reaction.Results The snakebite tincture for five snake venoms all has the action to destroy producing gel reaction when the concentration is in 1.0 ml/ml.The snakebite tincture for the venoms of Deinagkistrodon acutus,Trimeresurus gramineus and Naja naja atra has action to destroy producing gel reaction when the concentration is in 0.5 ml/ml and for the venom of Deinagkistrodon acutus has action to destroy producing gel reaction when the concentration is in 0.3 ml/ml.The snakebite tincture for five snake venoms all has not the action to destroy producing gel reaction when the concentration is decreased in 0.1 ml/ml.Conclusion The snakebite tincture has better roles to resist snake venoms and is best powerful to resist venom of Deinagkistrodon acutus.
