On the basis of study of large amount of volleyball matches in videos and daily practice,the author analyzies the advantages and disadvantages of six typical volleyball techniques of hitting-at-the-net.The author emphasizes the positive correlation between straight-arm and high spike and the negative correlation between straight-arm and hard spike;the distance between wrist and volleyball has positive correlation with strength and has negative correlation with the accuracy.Spike,a major scoring method,is one of the major skill tactics in volleyball competition.
