盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍消毒剂杀菌性能的试验观察

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF POLYHEXAMETHYLENE BIGUANIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE

目的研究盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍消毒剂消毒相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对该消毒液消毒相关性能进行了实验室观察。结果该消毒剂原液含盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍205 g/L。以含1 000 mg/L盐酸聚六亚甲基胍消毒液作用20 min,对悬液内白色念珠菌的平均杀灭对数值大于4.00。用含盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍100mg/L消毒液作用3 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的平均杀灭对数值均大于5.00。结论该盐酸聚六亚甲基胍消毒剂在较低浓度下具有良好的杀菌效果,杀菌作用随消毒剂浓度的增加、作用时间的延长而增强。

Objective To understand the disinfection-related properties of polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observate the germicidal efficacy. Results The disinfectant solution contained polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride 205 g/L.The killing logarithm value of Candida albicans in suspension exposed to the disinfectant containing polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride 1 000 mg/L for 20 min was 4.00.The killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in suspension exposed to the disinfectant containing Polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride 100 mg/L for 3 min were 5.00. Conclusion The polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride disinfectant has good germicidal efficacy on vegetative forms of bacteria at relatively low concentration and the efficacy becomes better with the concentration and time increasing.
