三种方法使用后的器械润滑剂污染的对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解3种方法使用后的器械润滑剂细菌污染情况,选择科学合理使用方法。方法采用抽样检验方法,对不同方法使用后的器械润滑剂细菌污染进行了检测。结果在常温下用润滑液浸泡润滑器械,然后经烘箱干燥,使用2 d后的润滑剂中细菌数<100 cfu/ml。将器械置于煮沸的润滑液中浸泡后烘箱干燥,使用4 d的润滑剂中细菌数<100 cfu/ml。器械经烘箱干燥后置常温润滑液中浸泡润滑,再经烘箱内干燥,使用5 d后的润滑剂中细菌数≤100 cfu/ml。结论常温下浸泡润滑处理的润滑剂中容易滋生细菌,高温干燥后常温下润滑处理与润滑液煮沸状态下浸泡,可延长润滑剂使用时间。 Objective To understand the bacterial contamination of instrument lubricant after using 3 methods and provide scientific and rational usage. Methods Sampling method was used to detect bacterial contamination of instrument lubricant after using different methods. Results When instrument was soaked with lubricating fluid at room temperature and then dried by the oven,the bacteria amount in lubricant used for 2 d was≤100 cfu/ml.When instrument was soaked with boiling lubrication and dried by oven,the bacteria amount in lubricant used for 4 d was≤100 cfu/ml.When instrument was dried by oven,soaked with lubrication at room temperature and then dried by oven again,which lubricants bacteria counts after using 5d were ≤100 cfu/ml. Conclusion The method of soaking with lubricant under normal temperature is easy to breed bacteria,while lubrication treatment at room temperature after drying at high temperature or soaking with boiling lubrication can extend service time of lubricant.
