摘要
目的了解自贡市大安区基层医疗机构卫生消毒质量及其管理工作状况,以便加强医院感染和消毒管理。方法采用现场抽样和检测方法,对全区乡镇及其以下医疗机构消毒效果进行监测。结果本次监测的255所基层医疗机构,消毒质量总平均合格率为79.82%。乡镇卫生院消毒效果合格率为93.06%,个体诊所消毒效果合格率为81.08%,村卫生室消毒效果合格率为75.36%。结论该区基层医疗机构消毒质量总体偏低,乡镇卫生院明显好于个体卫生所,应加强乡村医疗机构消毒与灭菌管理。
Objective To understand the sanitary disinfection quality and management work status of basic medical institutions in daan district of Zigong City,in order to strengthen management of hospital infection and disinfection. Methods On-the-spot sampling test was used to monitor the disinfection efficacy of township,village-level and private medical institutions in Daan district. Results Among all the 255 basic medical institutions investigated,the total average eligible rate of disinfection was 79.82%.The eligible rates of disinfection efficacy of township hospitals,private clinics and village clinics were 93.06%,81.08%,and 75.36% respectively. Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of basic medical institutions in daan district is relatively low.The disinfection quality of township hospitals is significantly better than that of private clinics and disinfection and sterilization management of village-level medical institutions should be strengthened.
