摘要
本文从市场经济体制对建设项目评价的影响分析入手，研究了新建项目财务评价的评价指标体系数学模型，编制了新建项目财务评价的计算机程序，建立了适应市场经济条件下的新建项目财务综合评价模型。
Beginning with the analysis of the impact of market economy system on construction projects evaluation, the paper puts stress on the research on the mathematical mould of evaluation index system of financial evaluation of newly built construction projects and on formulation of computer programs financial evaluation of newly built construction projects. The paper highlights the comprehensive financial evaluation mould more suited to newly built construction projects under the condition of market-oriented economy and offers practical examples of financial evaluation of newly built construction projects.
