摘要
众多研究表明渐进式放松训练在对于缓解运动员疲劳,促进恢复,调节心理方面具有显著作用,采取实验法来研究渐进式放松训练方法对短跑运动训练后心率及心境状态的影响,以证实其对短跑运动训练的作用。
Many studies show that progressive relaxation training for athletes in the relief of fatigue,promotion recovery and psychological adjustment has a significant role.This paper used experimental method to study the training method of progressive relaxation training on heart rate and mood states,and confirm the role of exercise training on sprint.
