经闭孔无张力尿道中段吊带术治疗女性压力性尿失禁54例临床分析

Treatment of stress urinary incontinence in females with obturator tension-free vaginal tape obturator procedure:A report of 54 cases

目的探讨经闭孔无张力阴道吊带术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的有效性和临床意义。方法采用TVT-O吊带系统对我科收治的54例单纯性压力性尿失禁女性进行无张力尿道中段吊带术治疗,回顾性分析其临床疗效及并发症。结果 54例压力性尿失禁患者接受经闭孔无张力阴道吊带术,平均手术时间15min,术中平均出血15ml,术后随访10-36个月,术后排尿功能恢复良好,3例发生排尿困难,经持续导尿后恢复,1例药物治疗后恢复正常排尿功能,2例自觉大腿根部轻度不适。结论 TVT-O无张力阴道吊带术具有微创、易操作、恢复快、疗效好等特点,是治疗女性压力性尿失禁的安全有效方法。

Objective To study the effect of tension-free vaginal tape obturator（TVT-O） procedure on stress urinary incontinence（SUI）in females and its clinical significance.Methods The outcomes and complications of TVT-O procedure in 54 females with SUI were retrospectively analyzed.Results The SUI was treated in 54 females with the TVT-O procedure.The mean operation time was 15min and the mean blood loss was 15ml.No urinary dysfunction was found in the patients after operation.Of the patients who were followed up for 10-36 months after operation,4 had transient dysuria which was treated with persisten urinary catherization or with drugs,2 complained of mild femoribus internus discomfort.Conclusion The TVT-O is a safe,effective,minimally invasive and simple procedure for SUI in females.
