摘要
本文介绍了德兴铜矿自1991年以来露天开采规划及在规划指导下的实施情况，叙述了实践中遇到的主要技术问题及其解决方法，同时对矿山面临的新问题提出了建议。本文对同类矿山的规划和实践具有一定参考价值。
This paper introduces open - pit mining plan and enforcement result of the plan since 1991. The main problems that are meeted in carrying out the plan and the methods to solve the problems are presented, and the new difficulties that mine faced are put forwarded. It is a reference to other similar mines.
