摘要 为了有效地保持空中运行航空器的最小安全间隔和增加空域容量,急需发展独立可靠的空空监视和冲突检测与防撞系统。提出一种集合TCASⅡ和ADS-B技术的组合监视防撞系统,它以TCASⅡ为基础,将ADS-B信息和TCASⅡ信息融合送入TCASⅡ决策单元,提供机载监视、冲突检测和决策信息;同时以基于当前统计模型的卡尔曼滤波算法为基础,针对该系统提出了一种最优数据融合估计算法。最后通过一个仿真实例验证了该组合监视数据融合算法在提高目标跟踪精度上的有效性。该方法增加了机载监视范围,提高了冲突检测精度,增强了防撞功能。 In order to effectively maintain the minimum safety interval and increase airspace capacity,there is an urgent need to develop independent and reliable air-air surveillance and air collision detection/avoidance system.A hybrid surveillance and collision avoidance system was proposed based on TCASⅡ and ADS-B.Taking the TCASⅡ as the basis,the system fused the information of ADS-B and TCASⅡ and sent it into the TCASⅡ decision-making unit,and thus to provide airborne surveillance,collision detection and decision-making information.Then based on the current statistical model of Kalman filter,an optimal fusion estimation algorithm was proposed for the system.Finally,simulation was made and the results showed that the proposed method can improve the tracking accuracy effectively.This method can expand the range of airborne surveillance,improve collision detection accuracy,and enhance collision avoidance function.
