Study of the Construction of a Civil Defense Duty System

通过对某省民防信息系统建设的实际项目,抽象、概括和总结,阐述了民防值班系统建设的必要性和设计思想,分析了系统应具备的功能;同时从总体设计出发,对系统进行了模块划分和功能设计,并结合系统的构成介绍了系统中采用的关键技术。

Based on the generalization and summarization of a civil defense information system project intended for a specific province, this paper expounds the necessity for and the design principles of a civil defense information system. Then the required functions of a system are analyzed. Moreover, based on the system design, the system is partitioned into modules and the functions are specified. Finally, the key technologies used in the system are described according to the structure of the system.
